Dr Oz Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe

Dr Oz made a Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe for perfect skin.

Kimberly says these drinks are even better for you than food because often times we don’t chew our food properly in order to get the nutrients. These liquid drinks get straight into your body!

Dr Oz: Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe for Radiant Skin

1 serving has less than 100 calories. Have at least 16 oz in the morning. You should see results in a week. You can also make a big batch and freeze.

Ingredients

1 ½ C water
1 head organic chopped romaine lettuce (this will make about 6 cups)
2 stalks organic celery (this will make about 1 ½ cups)
7 C of spinach (chopped)
1 organic apple (or pear,) Core and chop
1 organic banana
2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice

Directions
Add the water and chopped head of romaine to the blender
Mix until smooth on low speed
Gradually move to higher speeds, adding in the celery and pear
Add in the banana
Add the lemon juice (Be sure to add this last)

Dr Oz: Chia Seed Shake Recipe for Lustrous Hair

This drink has only 167 calories for 24 oz.

Ingredients

2 C almond milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Stevia (Powdered or liquid)

Directions

In a glass, stir chia seeds into almond milk.
Let sit for 15 minutes (this will allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the liquid and begin to create a gel.)
Stir in the remaining ingredients
Add Stevia to taste

(Doctor Oz said he liked this drink better than the first one.)

Dr Oz: Detox Tea for Fewer Wrinkles

This tea promotes digestion. The cayenne pepper gives you a kick!

Ingredients
1 inch of peeled and sliced ginger
Water (filtered or spring)
Juice of ½ lemon
Cayenne Pepper
Stevia (Powdered or liquid)

Directions

In a pot, steep the ginger with 1 ½ cups of water then pour into a mug
Cool for a few moments
Add the lemon, cayenne pepper
Add Stevia to taste

Dr Oz: Iced Rooibos Tea Recipe for Strong Nails

This drink is high in antioxidants and doesn’t interfere with iron absorption.

Ingredients

Rooibos
Water/Ice

Directions

Brew the rooibos tea then cool over ice
Serve cold

  1. the chia seed shake taste good. I just used vanilla almond milk and chia seeds.
