Dr Oz: Green Smoothie Recipe

Doctor Oz’s Prehistoric Diet Breakfast is called “It’s Easy Being Green Smoothie”

Ingredients:

– 4 cups of kale (you can use spinach or collard greens too)
– 2 tbsp hempseeds and/or flaxseeds
– 1 Cup of frozen blueberries
– 1/4 cup of frozen cherries
– 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
– 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
– 1/4 cup of frozen mango pieces
– 1 medium banana (peel and break into pieces)
– 2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

    would like to see a Glycemic Index on your show to help us be able to choose which helps me keep away from the sugar causing foods.
    A simple banana is bad for diabetics. thanks for your help.

    Hey Dr. Oz love you and your show.Concerned you promote way too many supplements.Please do segments on Fletcherizing and eye cancers ( occular melanoma) I had this. Keep up the good work
