Dr. Oz welcomed Curtis Stone to his show for the first time to talk about his new book, What’s for Dinner, along with his best tips to cook healthy meals using the freshest of ingredients.

Dr. Oz says the biggest complaint of so many people is they hate cooking dinner. Curtis Stone believes people get too stressed deciding what to make for the dinner and the whole cooking process that goes along with it. He says you just need to change your attitude about the cooking and always have easy but healthy recipes you can turn to. Curtis explained how he arranged each chapter of his book, What’s for Dinner, according to the days of the week because he says we all look at each day a little differently from a cooking standpoint.

  • Sunday= Family Supper Sundays
  • Monday= Motivating Mondays
  • Tuesday= Time-Saving Tuesdays
  • Wednesday= One-Pot Wednesdays
  • Thursday= Thrifty Thursdays
  • Friday= Five-Ingredient Fridays
  • Saturday= Dinner Party Saturdays
