Dr Oz: Ming Tsai Immunity Boosting Soup Recipe
On today’s show, Dr Oz showed you how to make a super soup to boost your immunity. He invited, author and Celebrity Chef, Ming Tsai, to blend some ingredients together in order to create a super soup with healing power.
Chef Ming Tsai told Dr Oz that he hadn’t been sick in years because he ate his super soup on a regular basis.
Ming’s super soup blasts germs and turns your body into a fortress. His #1 secret for warding off illness is Shiitake mushrooms. These mushrooms help build your immune system.
