Her advice to you is to never give it. All you need to do is to set your intentions and then “lean into it.” Don’t worry about perfection, in 30 days you will drop pounds and feel different on the inside.

2 C brown rice

Drink 2 cups of water before every meal. Studies show people who drank 2 cups of water lost 5 more pounds of fat than those who didn’t drink water.
Week 2 – Give Yourself Superpowers
Take a multivitamin
Power walk- nothing crazy and no joining a gym. Start by walking briskly for 10 minutes. Add on a little each day. You’ll get up to 150 minutes over the course of a week. The key is to start simple.
At end of 2nd week, you’ll have more energy and the pounds will drop off.

Replace snacks and desserts with fruit
Switch to Stevia and agave nectar
Strawberry Pudding Recipe
8 oz frozen, unsweetened, thawed and drained strawberries
8 oz firm (or extra-firm) silken tofu
1 Tbsp orange zest
¼ C agave nectar (optional item)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 fresh, sliced strawberries
1. Combine all ingredients, except for the sliced strawberries, in a food processor. (Stop after 1 minute to scrape the sides of the bowl.)
2. Blend for an additional minute (the mix should be very smooth.)
3. Divide the mix evenly among small bowls
4. Chill for 1 hour. (Longer if you want a better set.)
5. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
Week 4 – Tempeh & Seitan
Meat is a concentrated source of fat and calories, even chicken.
Go for black beans, lentils, Tempeh and Seitan for a great source of protein. These will keep you satiated.
