In this segment, Dr Oz brought out Chef Ming Tsai, the host of “Simply Ming” to show you one natural way of boosting your immunity with Asia’s super food. According to Chef Ming, the Chinese have been doing this for centuries and used it as a natural way to keep healthy. While many focus on cures, the Chinese have focused on preventative medicine. (Makes sense to me!) You can make the lemon grass ginger braised chicken once a week and it will last all week long. (He has never met my greedy kids!) Along with being delicious, this chicken dish is loaded with antioxidants to help relieve fever, muscle cramps, upset stomach and headaches.
