Who in the world is the person that updates/posts things on this site. This is so BAD. It doesn’t say how to cook, not even for how long… poorly done and to think I was going to share the recipe on my fitness FB page. DISAPPOINTED. 🙁

Maybe you should read it before posting. It says everything is precooked, so you just reheat it to your liking.

Can’t wait to make this- thanks!

This recipe calling for shirataki noodles needs to be soaked first then boiled. These noodles come from 2 sources. One is soy(careful if concerned about breast cancer) or yam root.
I tried the yam root. It is disgusting. They smell like fish and are real wormy and slimmy.A must rinse and rinse product. Don’t care for the texture at all.
Everything is put in a pan and cooked together till blended. You thaw the shrimp while blending, you steam the frozen broccoli a little before you add it to the pan, then add sour cream, laughing cow and parm chesse, and stir till blended and heated… so you are doing a little pre-cooking before you put it all together.
