    When you bake Metamucil muffins–are they suppose to be very wet inside? I had enough batter to fill 12 muffin tins full. They are really wet inside.

    I tried the muffins they were terrible, had to throw them out, are you sure the
    published recipe is right? they were soggy in the middle
