Dr Oz: Pea Protein Powder for Cravings

Do you have a favorite snack that you just can’t live without? Do you love carbohydrates or sweets? Is there a snack that is always in your pantry or freezer? You know, the one snack that would take a super power to resist. Well, Dr. Oz has a solution to end that craving. It comes in powder form and is loaded with protein: Pea Protein Powder.

Doctor Oz: Pea Protein Powder Cravings

Doctor Oz challenged three confessed carbohydrate, sweet food obsessed viewers to try Pea Protein Powder and see if it could fight off their cravings. They were all stunned by the results and one even admitted to not feeling the compulsion to stealing French fries from her kids’ plates at mealtime. Dr. Oz explained the power of cravings and the unhealthy choices we make when we cave into them.

We fill up quickly on the foods we love, but before long the craving begins again and we eat again, putting more than we need into our bodies. The Pea Powder Protein is high in protein, making it slow to digest, so it works in a different way than the foods we often crave because it triggers a hormone in our body telling us that we are full and the hunger goes away. While you will need to incorporate other foods back into your diet, Pea Protein Powder is the key to turning off those cravings and not feeling the hunger all the time.
