Tracy Anderson says that while what you eat is important if you want to transform your body, when you eat is what matters the most. She shared her special eating schedule that will increase your body’s ability to lose weight at a much faster pace. Tracy says to rotate between her Nutrient Boost Week and her Body Reset Week in order to see the biggest results in the shortest amount of time.

Tracy Anderson shared her sweet potato smoothie recipe that will give your body the nutrients it needs to heal and lose weight.

Sweet Potato Smoothie:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 cup raw milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Tomato Soup Recipe:

  • 1 (32-oz) can of low-sodium tomato juice
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Simmer all ingredients in a pot for about 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Enjoy!

Tracy Anderson’s Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cooked chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Slowly melt the chocolate chips in a small saucepan or double boiler. Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend or puree in a food processor. Pour in the melted chocolate and pulse until all the everything is combined. Pour in the water and test the consistency. It should be runny because it will thicken as it cools. Cool in refrigerator.

Turkey Spinach Crumble Recipe

The purpose of Tracy Anderson’s Nutrient Boost Week is to heal your body and lose weight, which will prepare you for the Body Reset Week when you will begin to eat more “solid” foods and larger portions. Tracy says the key is to follow her guidelines, but still eat for yourself when you are dieting.

Turkey Spinach Crumble:

  • 1 lb ground turkey (white meat)
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • Pepper to taste

To the bowl of a food processor add the spinach, basil, garlic and onion. Pulse just until smooth. In large bowl, combine the spinach mixture with the turkey, coriander and pepper. Put in the fridge for six hours. Lightly oil a skillet and place heat on medium temperature. Cook the mixture stirring continually to crumble the meat into little pieces until fully cooked. Enjoy!

Tracy Anderson Diet Cheat Day

Tracy Anderson says it adds a lot of stress to your body if you are constantly restricting yourself when dieting, which is why she recommends one “cheat” day every week to eat the foods you love without overdoing it.
