too many different answers to the same question from many doctors. after working all of our lives we now have a chance to just stay in bed if we want to. Now we hear this is bad for us. My wife and I don’t at this point in our lives have to be anywhere we don’t want to be. No more rushing to work or fighting traffic or all that goes with having to be some where. It’s wonderful. We are both 65 years old and loving our retirement. Freedom at last. Now the bug in the air is its dangerous to sleep too much. Want to know the real proven facts on this. Can anybody help.?
