Doctor Oz was joined by Chef Art Smith, who used to be Oprah Winfrey’s chef in addition to being the author of many books including Back to the Table: The Reunion of Food and Family, to teach us how to make a positively delicious and healthy Whole Wheat Margherita Pizza Recipe.
Art Smith got diabetes and was not quite 50 years old yet, so he knew that he had to change his diet. He lives by the theory that you should have a breakfast like a king, eat like a princess for lunch and eat like a pauper for dinner… I’ve never heard it phrased better!
