Laura Berman said that for the most part, women go back to their original size after they give birth. If you have cutting or injuries during your pregnancy, then it can sometimes take longer. From personal experience, it took a few months and then I was back to normal.
Breastfeeding Helps You Lose Weight
If you want to speed up the process of losing that post-pregnancy belly, I highly recommend breastfeeding. I ate more, exercised less, and still ended up losing more weight than before I was pregnant. My doctor said it was all because of the huge number of calories you burn when breastfeeding.

So the short answer is no! You can get your stomach to go back to the same size as before you had your baby. However, a lot of women will struggle with extra skin postpartum. There are several solutions for excess skin, including surgery. But make sure you do not plan on having another baby, because otherwise you might want to hold off on having the surgery until you are finished having babies!
