Soda is making American’s sick and fat. 53 million Americans drink at least one soda a day, and we spent $70 Billion last year on soda. Did you know that one 20 ounce soda has 17 tsp of sugar in it? Soda drinkers consume an extra 91,000 calories a year which accounts for a weight gain of 26 pounds per year. Soda also increases your risk for Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease and Osteoporosis.
