Dr Oz & Art Smith: Chicken Dinner in 10 Minutes to Lose 10 Pounds


Doctor Oz was joined by Art Smith to show a fabulous healthy recipe that you can make in just 10 minutes and that will help you to lose “Just 10 Pounds.”  Chef Art Smith said that the secret to being healthy is to include only whole foods and not too many ingredients.  Art Smith used to be obese, but one day his feet felt numb and he woke up in the middle of the night with heart palpitations.  He went to the hospital and found out that it was not a heart attack like he thought it may be, but that he had Type 2 Diabetes.  Smith’s father died from diabetes, and he knew he had to change his course.  He does not count calories or fat, but he said you just have to be mindful of what you put in your mouth.  It is ok to have one spoonful (yes, ONE spoonful) of macaroni and cheese from time to time.  At the end of the day though, you must love yourself more than food.  Comfort comes from within, and not from food.
