Dr Oz: Tone Your Bat Wings

Speaking of improving your body, Dr Oz welcomed his personal trainer Donovan Green to share exercises to tighten your “bat wings” or the flab on the back of your upper arms. First, try a kickback. Grab dumbbells, soup cans, or whatever weight you can find and bend over at the waist. Lock your elbows tight to your boy and look down at the floor while you kick your arms straight back, creating a straight line with your arms. Hold it for a few seconds to feel the burn and bring to back slowly. Don’t forget to breathe and try going for about 30 seconds, four times a week.
