Best Time of Day to Sleep

Dr Oz says that the best time of day to sleep is a couple hours after eating your dinner.  Plus, you want to be sure to go to sleep around the same time every single night.  Even on weekends, you should go to bed at the same time as you do on weekdays (even though you may be tempted to stay up later or party!).  Your body gets into a rhythm and works best if you go to sleep and wake-up the same time every single day.  Yes, so if you wake-up at 6:30 on weekdays, that means you should wakeup at 6:30 am on weekends as well.  So much for sleeping in and going for a late Sunday brunch!
