Dr Oz did a segment called Easy At Home Butt Boosters.  Have you ever looked in the mirror and asked yourself, what is happening to my butt?  Why is my butt heading every direction but North?  Doctor Oz revealed the science behind the butt droop!  There are three things that causes your butt to droop: loss of muscles mass, weight gain and dry loose skin.  Dr Oz gave suggestions to address all of these saggy butt problems. Dr Oz: Plie Squats Exercise for Saggy Butts

Dr Oz said that when you turn 40 years old, you begin to lose muscle mass at a rate of 1% per year.  As you get older, the muscles in your butt begin to be replaced by fat cells, so the fat takes over and your butt sags.  By doing Plie squats, you can help to maintain and build butt muscle.  Stand up with your legs at a shoulder-width apart.  Tense up your butt and pull it in.  Put your hands out in front of you and squat down until your butt is even with your knees.  Do this 3-5 times a week, and Dr Oz also suggested adding protein to your diet like a hard boiled egg.  If you want some more exercise tips, definitely enter our sister site’s free giveaway for a copy of Susie Q’s Workout Video!

Dr Oz: Fanny Panties

Dr Oz showed a very neat product that he called Fanny Panties, which are lycra panties that suck you in from all sides (your tummy and your butt).  There are also some great silicone inserts that make your butt appear more lifted and full.  My search for the best Fanny Panties begins now!

Dr Oz: Fanny Facial with Coffee Grinds

    I have never had a “booty”. I am tall and lanky and always got teased about taking “noazzatall” pills. I am 55 and now more than ever “baby ain’t got no back”. I would like for my clothes to fit better. Please keep me informed about the “fanny panties” or even surgical procedures available. I am not so vain that I want to look 30, I just want to look as good as possible for my age.

  4. I have this problem also. Where can I fnd FANNYPANTIES???? I bought some from jcpenny
    they did not look good. Bought the silicone pads that stick to your body..but every time I went to restroom they feel out!!!! HELP!

  5. bought fanny pannies from jcpenny they looked awful. I had silicone pads they stick to your body…when you go o the restroom they fall off.
