Dr Oz said that there are some good fats that many of us probably are not getting called CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid which is commonly found in Grass-Fed Beef and the dairy products that come from such cows. Dr Oz: CLA Burns Fat
Doctor Oz said that one of the benefits of Conjugated Linoleic Acids is that it burns fat in your body, even from places that are sometimes hard to lose fat. If you look inside of a fat cell, you will find triglycerides. If your body wants to get rid of a fat cell, you to have to first move out the triglycerides by burning them. This is where CLA’s come in. The CLA Healthy Fats can go straight into your fat cells and disrupt the triglycerides so that your body can burn away the fat cell.
Dr Oz: CLA Fights Cancer & Heart Disease
Dr Oz said that CLA also helps to fight off Cancer and Heart Disease by reducing inflammation in your body. Your body has immune cells that float around and are supposed to target bad guys and remove them from your body. However, these cells also create inflammation in your body. The CLA removes some of these immune cells so that it is easier for your body to function. Instead of irritating your body like bad fat does, Conjugated Linoleic Acid relaxes your body and makes it easier for your body to do the right thing and to take care of itself.
Dr Oz: CLA Pills
Dr Oz said that you should not take CLA Pills or Conjugated Linoleic Acid Pills, because you want to get CLA from a natural source like through food. You can find CLA in both dairy products and meat, but it must be the right kind. You should look for grass-fed beef or organic dairy products in order to get CLA. Doctor Oz said that this might cost a dollar or two more per serving, but you have to invest money for your health – it is a good investment!
