Dr Oz: Easy Tinfoil Dinner Ideas + Benefit From Procrastination

Dr Oz: Tinfoil Dinners For Easy Clean-Up

Because the worst part of cooking for a crowd is the clean-up, Dr Oz welcomed Super Bowl champion Steve Weatherford to share some of his easy clean-up tips. Steve was named the “fittest man in the NFL” and has educated himself to become a health expert after ten years in the NFL. Steve’s favorite cooking hack is to make tinfoil dinners.

All you have to do is make a packet out of tinfoil by folding the edges of two pieces of foil, making top and bottom pieces. You can throw food into the packets, seal the edges, then cook on the grill or in the oven. Combining meat and fresh, sliced vegetables in the tinfoil packets keeps the juices enclosed, so the last thing you have to worry about is dry meat! Add whatever seasoning you want with olive oil or coconut oil, or simply use the flavors of the food you’re cooking. This is one incredibly flavorful and easy meal!
