Dr Oz created a Fast Food Diet, because he knows that many of us are going to eat at Fast Food Restaurants no matter what. So the good news is that he figure out a way to eat at places like Subway, KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), McDonalds, Taco Bell and Wendys for 1500 calories, 15 grams of saturated fat and 5-6 servings of vegetables per day. Dr Oz McDonalds Diet
Doctor Oz went to McDonalds and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, a fruit and walnut salad, and an apple dipper. One of his tricks was to order extra lettuce and tomato on his sandwich, and then he used the lettuce to make the chicken sandwich into a lettuce chicken wrap (and he threw out the bun!). Also, just because the apple dippers are called “dippers,” it does not mean you have to dip them! You can eat them plain.
