1. Dark Chocolate – FLAT – Dark Chocolate (NOT milk chocolate) is made up of mono-unsaturated fats and in addition to not making you fat, it may even help to flatten out your tummy!
2. Cheese – FAT – Cheese is made of saturated fats and are inflammatory, so please use sparingly or avoid completely, unless it is fat free.
3. Natural Peanut Butter – FLAT – Natural Peanut Butter (NOT the processed, sweetened peanut butter) contains mono-unsaturated fat, so it is actually good for you!

5. Wine – FAT – Wine contains too much sugar, it lowers testosterone (which is how we deposit muscle), and it alters your appetite.
