Dr Oz: Goldie Hawn 10 Mindful Minutes

Goldie Hawn told Dr Oz that being happy is a process, so she created 3 rules to help reduce stress and improve memory in just 10 minutes. Her book, “10 Mindful Minutes,” is designed for kids and parents, as well as, teachers and caregivers. She wrote the book because she wanted to create a holistic way to create optimism in the classroom. “10 Mindful Minutes” started as a book for kids, but parents came to her and said they needed the same tools, so she created a version of the book for adults.
