Dr. Oz: Green Drink is the Best Breakfast!

Dr. Oz’s green drink is the best breakfast drink because it is high in fiber, vitamins, nutrients and not high in calories!  This recipe for Dr. Oz’s green drink should make enough for 3 – 4 servings… so feed your family too… and don’t forget to pass on this recipe to all of your family and friends!

2 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 head of celery
1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root
1 bunch parsley
2 apples
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Add all of these ingredients to a blender, and blend until it is smooth.  I sometimes make this the night before and blend it quickly in the morning to save some time during my busy mornings!
