Stress can often keep you awake at night, so Dr Michael Breus was excited to share some ways to help your body and mind calm down before bedtime. He first explained that there are sleep drinks that are sort-off the opposite of energy drinks. They often contain melatonin, but usually won’t tell you how much is actually in the drink. Usually a half or one milligram is enough melatonin for someone trying to get some sleep.
