Oatmeal is great for lowering bad cholesterol (and steel cut oatmeal is quite tasty – I have it for breakfast at least a few days a week). Another random piece of trivia about oatmeal: In Italy they feed oatmeal to pigs. Back to Harley Pasternak though, lots of celebrities like Lady GaGa swear by his recipes for weight loss and diets.
