Dr Oz & Harley Pasternak: Oatmeal Recipes: 1 Ingredient, 3 Meals


Doctor Oz and Harley Pasternak, author of The 5-Factor Diet, gave a few creative oatmeal recipes for making 3 recipes with one ingredient: oatmeal!  Oatmeal is great for lowering bad cholesterol (and steel cut oatmeal is quite tasty – I have it for breakfast at least a few days a week).  Another random piece of trivia about oatmeal: In Italy they feed oatmeal to pigs.  Back to Harley Pasternak though, lots of celebrities like Lady GaGa swear by his recipes for weight loss and diets.  I am very excited about trying all of them!  If (and when!) you make these oatmeal recipes, make sure to leave a comment and share your cooking tips and any advice for improving the recipes if you find any.  Dr Oz & Harley Pasternak: Oatmeal Recipes
