Doctor Oz, as part of his Ultimate Anti-Aging Show, had some viewers show him (and his panel of dermatologists) some Anti-Aging Home Remedies. Some of the home remedies the dermatologists seemed to like and said they would try, but others they said they would avoid.   Skin Tightening Facial Home Remedy

One viewer told Dr Oz that she has the best Face Mask Home Remedy for Skin Tightening.

Dr Oz’s Skin Tightening Mask Recipe

Dr Oz’s viewer said that she mashes together equal amounts of honey and dry espresso grounds (around 1 TB of each).  You will get a very thick paste.  Apply the paste to your skin and leave it on for around 10 -15 minutes.  Dr Oz said you can try it twice a week, just make sure it does not irritate your skin.

All three of Dr Oz’s dermatologists were in favor of trying out this Anti Aging Home Remedy!  Here are the reasons they loved the idea of this Skin Tightening Face Mask:

1.  Honey can be very hydrating and plumps up the skin, while smoothing out the appearance of wrinkles.

2.  Caffeine is a great anti-irritant.  You might want to consider making the espresso first, drinking the espresso and then using the grounds because you will likely get the same benefit.

3.  Coffee is a great anti-oxidant that prevents damage from free radicals.

4.  Honey is an anti-bacterial agent that also helps with healing wounds.

Before Dr Oz’s show went to commercial, they showed a screen that said to look for moisturizers with Vitamin C in it, because it is an anti-oxidant that helps prevent fine lines.  Great Anti-Aging tips Dr Oz!
