Dr Oz: Iyanla Vanzant, Trust To Overcome Fear
Since people have more anxiety now than they have since the September 11 terrorist attacks, Dr Oz wanted to bring in lifestyle expert Iyanla Vanzant to help his viewers overcome their anxiety. Iyanla explained that the human mind is made to increase pleasure and decrease pain. In order to decrease pain and discomfort, you have to focus on what could hurt you, which is what creates the fear and anxiety. Iyanla doesn’t have fear because she knows worrying doesn’t stop anything from happening. Plus, it makes you wrinkle!
