Dr Oz has been pushing his Just 10 Plan this season, which is a program Dr Oz has created to encourage us to lose 10 pounds this year.  Doctor Oz was joined by Dr Rovenia Brock, Dr Ro for short, to talk about a Just 10 Diet Plan to help us with the health challenge that will change our lives – losing just 10 pounds.     Julie, Dr Oz just did another segment on the Just 10 Diet Plan, and there he mentioned you should get 4 servings of proteins and fats every day. He also specified that one cup of beans equals a serving. Hope that helps some!

    The Every Other Day Diet plan (EODD) is developed by Jon Benson who claims that he can lost over 70 pounds of stubborn fat, got rid of those ugly pockets of belly fat, arm fat by eating my favorite foods each and every week!
