Dr Oz spoke with Dr Harry Fisch about the benefits of L-Arginine. But what is the correct L-Arginine Dosage? And what is the best way to take it so that your body absorbs it with minimal side effects? Doctor Oz put together a special L-Arginine Smoothie Recipe that sounds like the perfect answer!
Dr Oz: Smoothie with L-Arginine
Dr Oz’s L-Arginine Smooth Recipe mixes blueberries, pomegranate juice, bananas and then the secret ingredient: L-Arginine, which increases the blood flow. L-Arginine contains Nitric Oxide, and apparently it is great for both men and women (so ladies, make this for your husband too!). You just sprinkle the L-Arginine on top of the smoothie before you drink it, and you will be thanking Dr Oz in the morning (or so he says!). I bet you can sprinkle this on top of any smoothie recipe that you love and it will help.
Dr Oz: L-Arginine Dosage
Here is my question though, what is the correct L-Arginine Dosage? Dr Oz said to sprinkle some L-Arginine powder into your smoothie, but how much is too much or how much is too little? If you know the answer, please write your thoughts in the comment section below!
Dr Oz: L-Arginine Side Effects
Have you tried L-Arginine in the past? Did you notice any side effects when taking it? If so, please share them in the comment section below. If you had L-Arginine Side Effects, but then figured out a way to take L-Arginine without getting the side effects, we would love to know that information as well! We have received lots of questions on this topic, so we are undergoing a survey to bring you the latest and most accurate information that we can find! As always though, check with your doctor before beginning to take any new supplement or vitamin.
