Dr Oz: Lose 20 Pounds in 8 Weeks

Dr Oz did a segment on how to lose 20 Pounds in 8 Weeks with diet shortcuts!  This diet plan is not quite as comprehensive at Doctor Oz’s Just 10 Pounds Plan (click here to read about that: Just 10 Pounds), but I always love Dr Oz’s diet segments because they give me a little extra push towards my weight loss goals!

Weight loss does not have to be complicated – just break it down and make it simple.  Two-thirds of us are overweight, and Dr Oz 8 Week Dietmany of us are ready to do something about this.  We all know that extra weight is bad for our health, but it never seems easy.  Dr Michael Roizen told Dr Oz that the hardest part about losing weight is the emotional aspect.  When you eat a cookie, you feel guilty and you have shame when you admit to someone that the cookie was your downfall.  But small changes can make a big diffrence.

    I have a hard time getting motivated. If I have food around I eat it. I was ona liquid fast for seven months and when I moved (to where I had access to shopping) i could not stay out of the stores and have gained 14 lbs. How can I tape my mouth shut?

    DR. OZ. I HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH MY EYES TWITCHING. I READ BOOK OR GAME OR WATCH TV AND EVEN DRIVER MY SUV. THAT IS BIG DANGER FOR NEVER STOP TWITCHING BLINK. MAYBE MUSCLE SPASM OR CAFFEINE. HOW CAN MAKE IT STOP? TWITCH REAL DISTRACT. VERY IMPATIENT. TOO MY MOBILE AND THE INTERNET. WHEW!!

    Dear Dr. Oz

    I am in desperate help to lose at least 20lbs before my wedding on August 4th. April 1st, 2012 i started working out watching what i eat, i would do my elliptical for 30mins a day and then do the WII fit for about 20mins a day and also would walk. After doing all that for about 3 weeks i never lost a single pound, or inch, i was so discouraged. On April 20th i had surgery and since i have had that i have done nothing to help lose weight because i did all that work before and nothing happened. I want to get back into the swing of things, I HAVE TO, and NEED to, im 27 and weight 220 =( i did just have a baby by c section 8 months ago, but before pregnancy i weighted around 180. Can you help me and give me some tips, i also have a hard time controling myself when it comes to eatting, and after i eat i feel so awful about it that i feel sick, .. im just so lost and dont know what to do, i need help
