A low-carb diet is often the best way to go for many people, but it could lead to a problem that most don’t expect: constipation. Dr Oz was joined by a woman named Addy who opened up about her constipation issues ever since starting a low-carb diet six months ago. She’s probably only finding relief about two times a week, and even then it’s not without a great amount of effort.
