Dr Oz: Best Crow’s Feet Treatment
Dr. Oz thought it would be fun to surprise one of his biggest fans with a phone call. Her daughter, who was in the audience, loaned him her phone so he could call Toby at her job and maybe help with a few of her biggest health complaints.
Toby says “Crow’s Feet” are her biggest problem, so Dr. Oz offered a solution to fix them and make them less visible. He explained when you are young your skin is moisturized and filled with plenty of collagen to hold it together, but as you age your skin begins to become dry and cracked.
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin A
Applying a combination of these three vitamins to your face will help to bring back the moisture it is lacking while giving it a younger a fresher appearance.
Dr Oz: B Vitamin Back Pain Remedy
Toby’s next complaint is that she has been experiencing pain in her butt, which occurs when she twists her body to one side. Dr. Oz explained this type of pain is often caused from inflammation in your back, so he made a few suggestions to help relieve the pain.
B Vitamins are a good solution because they will help to strengthen the nerves in your back to prevent pain in the future.
Dr Oz: Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptoms
Dr. Oz chose the person in seat #74 to be his Assistant of the Day, but she had no idea what she was in for when she joined him on stage. She admitted to having a stomach problem known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome and she is not alone because 55 million Americans suffer from the condition. Do any of these symptoms sound familiar?
- Abdominal Cramping
Dr. Oz says there are many types of life stresses that can cause IBS, including bills, a sick child and work responsibilities. They all build up and lead to the intestinal symptoms already mentioned.
Dr Oz: Peppermint Oil IBS Remedy
While Dr. Oz cannot make all your stress go away, he can recommend a solution to help ease the symptoms.
Peppermint Oil: Comes in capsules and works to relax the intestines, which prevents diarrhea. Take 200 MG 2-3 times per day.
