I’m a huge matcha lover. It’s so easy to make, tastes great and is apparently great for you as well!

Green tea lattes are fantastic–I like to use almond milk instead of milk, heat it up and then mix in matcha and a little honey or other sweetener. So much better for you than a regular coffee latte.

I sent out for some Sen-cha tea (the brand served at Benihana’s) and it is really good, it has a richer taste then the other green teas I have purchased without being bitter. I drink it after meals and it helps digestion. The brand they use is Maeda-en.
