These days there’s a lot to be anxious about, but what if you could shift your mind from fear to control? It’s called the Mind Shift Method, and Dr Oz developed it just for his viewers to help them feel better in their own lives. He was joined by psychologist Dr Shawn Achor who’s worked with everyone from Oprah to NASA. Dr Achor first reported that if you watch just three minutes of negative news in the morning, seven to eight hours later you have a 27% higher likelihood of reporting a negative day.
