In this segment, Dr Oz enlisted the help of Greta and Shelly, audience members, and Keri Peterson, MD to find out how to achieve smoother and more radiant skin.  Dr. Peterson suggested using the ACE Method:

A – Vitamin A enriched foods, such as sweet potatoes or any other “brightly colored” food.
C – Vitamin C enriched foods, such as raw veggies (“brightly colored” food); Cooking them diminishes some of those vitamins.
E – Vitamin E enriched foods, such as nuts.
