    Does anyone know the 10 things you can do to reduce stress that Dr. Oz mentioned on March 2 (yesterday) at the very end of his show? I think I have remembered 8 of them but not sure if they are even all correct. Please let me know what they are if you know. I know the favorite seemed to be eating dark chocolate. lol
