Dr Oz: Proof Of Heaven?

Dr. Oz is talking with Dr. Eben Alexander about his recent near-death experience, which led him to write the book Proof of Heaven. Dr. Alexander says that he used to be a skeptic, but not believes in the existence of heaven. Along with Dr. Alexander, Dr. Jeffrey Long believes that near-death experiences are definitely real and he also believes that they happen outside of all other normal brain activity, which his research as shown.

Dr Oz: Experience Heaven Without Dying

Dr Oz: Binaural Beats & Dr Eben Alexander Heaven Without Dying

Dr. Eben Alexander says you can experience a near-death even without risking your life through the use of Binaural Beats.

Dr. Eben Alexander believes we can all experience and out-of-body event without ever putting our life at risk. He explains that this can happen with the use of Binaural Beats, which is something used during meditation, and getting into states of consciousness where we are very much freed.

Dr. Oz explains that binaural beats are when each ear is hearing a different sound at the same time. He says they are slightly different and when your brain is listening to them at the same time it senses they are different and tries to put the pieces together. Dr. Alexander explains that this allows the brain to get to a very deeply relaxed state so it can go to places it would not normally go during regular consciousness.

Binaural Beats

  • Two sounds played at different frequencies
  • Listen for 30 minutes per day

Dr Oz: Binaural Beats Research Inconclusive

While Dr. Oz says the use of Binaural Beats intrigues him a great deal, he has his medical team do some research, and the results were inconclusive as to whether using these devices could help you live a better or longer life. He also admits that he has never been to the place that Dr. Alexander has been, so he trusts his judgment and advice on the topic and recommends that viewers do their own research as to the benefits of binaural beats in their own lives.

Medical Advice from Dr Oz’s Smallest Fans

Dr. Oz ended his show on a fun note with several adorable videos from his smallest fans who want to be doctors when they grow up, too. They all shared their very best medical advice for Dr. Oz and his audience. A few of the kids were even invited to the show to share their advice.

  • Cure for Hiccups – Add some honey to a small glass of water, stand on one foot while patting your tummy and drinking the water to get rid of hiccups.
  • Cure for Sore Throat- Eat 3 Orange ice pops because oranges are filled with Vitamin C, which is very good for you.
  • How to Keep your Dog’s Gums Healthy – Use a dog toothbrush and special dog toothpaste to brush their teeth every day.

Where Can You Buy Binaural Beats?

We have been receiving lots of inquriries about where to buy Dr Oz’s Binaural Beats.  Of course, the great doctor himself has not recommended any specific Binaural Beat CD or music album.  But we did some research and found two great options (which are both under one dollar!) and have outstanding reviews.  So for less than a coffee at Starbucks, it surely seems worth a shot!  Here are the two links to our editor’s choice of Binaural Beats: Deltadream Binaural Sleep Beats and Binaural Beat Brainwave Subliminal System for Happiness.  Let us know how they work for you and if you have any favorite Binaural Beats!

  1. Leah Thiebaut says:

Where to we purchase binaural beats?

  2. Rick Kesecker says:

Where can I get the binaural beats

  3. You can get binaural beats for free (and legally). uazuDOTnet/sbagen/ is one beats player that is free. You can find various “presets” here healingbeatsDOTcom/forum

Overall there is a bit of a learning curve when messing with binaural beats. A lot of research must be done to find out “what works” and “what doesn’t”. When listening you also have to be relaxed.

Another thing to look into is isochronic tones (see youtube). Unlike binaural beats, isochronic tones do not need stereo headphones or good hearing in both ears.

As a final note, if a beat or tone makes you feel bad, stop listening to it.

  4. Isaiah Brown says:

I use the iMindAmbiEnce iPad App to create binaural beat sessions along with isochronic tones and solfeggio frequencies. It is a good brainwave tool.

  5. Buy it on Zune. That’s where I buy them.
