Dr Oz: Homemade Ice Pack
Dr Oz introduced nurse Maria, a 4’8″ energetic woman who joined Dr Oz to share a hack for aches and pains. First, use dish-washing liquid, then grab a baggy. You can make your own ice pack by filling up a sealable bag with dish-washing soap, and then seal it tightly before placing in the fridge for a few hours. When you pull it out, you have a pretty blue ice pack that is much more flexible that a hard pack of ice. You can even put it in your lunchbox to keep your food cold.
