Magnesium Sleep Aid

Gwyneth Paltrow says she likes to take magnesium to help her sleep at night. Dr Oz recommends 300 MG 30 minutes before bedtime to help you get a good night’s rest.

Dr. Oz said he is impressed by Gwyneth Paltrow and her commitment to living healthy and showing others they can, too. Gwyneth expressed she is grateful for the opportunity to have met a lot of knowledgeable people that she has asked a lot of questions so she could learn ways to take care of herself from the inside out.

Daikon Radishes – Gwyneth says she likes to daikon radish, which is Japanese, is a wonderful digestion aid. She likes to braise hers with a little sake and soy sauce to eat after foods that might be a little challenging to digest.

Oil of Oregano – Gwyneth Paltrow says oil of oregano tastes horrible so she likes the fact there are now capsules available to give to her children at the first sign of a cold. She says it works to shorten the duration.

Colloidal Silver Spray – Gwyneth says colloidal silver is great for keeping germs and viruses away, so she brings a bottle with her wherever she goes. She says she even sprays it on the seat of an airplane before flying and under her tongue as well, to keep the germs at bay when she travels. Dr. Oz says colloidal silver is actually the “original” antibiotic because it is wonderful for fending off germs, adding he uses it as a throat spray every day to prevent illness.

Magnesium – Gwyneth says she tries to get eight hours of sleep every night, but with small children that is not always possible, so she likes taking magnesium to help her get decent rest at night. Dr. Oz says many people are deficient in magnesium and taking 300 MG 30 minutes before bedtime will help you get a better night’s rest.
