Dr Oz: Professional Ballerina Misty Copeland

Misty Copeland made history as the first African-American woman to be named a principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre. Misty began dancing at age 13 and redefined what a ballerina is supposed to look like. She even landed the cover of “Time” magazine as one of their most influential people. She joined Dr Oz to talk about how she copes with stress and how you can become long and lean like a ballerina.
