Banana Peel Splinter Removal – Take a banana peel and cover the splintered area of your skin. Wrap it up with a bandage and leave it for a few hours (or overnight). The enzymes in the peel with soften the skin and force the splinter to come out naturally, making it easier for you to simply pluck it out with a pair of tweezers.

Dr. Oz says papaya fruit or papaya juice works like magic to relieve gas pain in your stomach, especially after a hearty Mexican meal. When you drink the juice it will literally begin to melt away the gas and make you feel better in no time.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

Combine the ingredients and get someone to massage your back. The cayenne pepper will numb the pain and the massage itself will help you relax.
