Dr Oz: DIY Spa Treatments

You, like everyone else, wants to live the lifestyle of the rich and famous. The only thing is, you don’t have the money like the rich and famous. Dr Oz showed you that money is no object when it comes to treating yourself to the best at-home treatments. Forget jumping into your private jet and heading off to Paris for the latest spa treatment. You can do the same treatment at-home. The best part? You don’t have to spend your life savings to do it! Plus, find out how to get happy, healthy feet in less than 5 minutes.

Dr Oz: Plaza Hotel Face Mask Recipe

The first DIY Spa Treatment that was shown on the Dr Oz show was a recreation of a face mask you can find at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.  A similar face mask at The Plaza Spa costs $185, but you can do this in the comfort of your home for $2.70.

Dr Oz spoke about DIY Spa Treatments like a Milk & Honey Foot Bath.

4.  Apply the facial all over your face and relax for 15 minutes.
5.  Rinse off the face mask and enjoy your fresh skin!

Golf Ball Relieves Foot Pain

Want to relieve foot pain in minutes? Take off your sock and grab a golf ball. Give yourself an at-home foot massage by taking your foot and stepping onto a golf ball. Roll the ball around under your foot for several minutes to relieve aching feet.

Dr Oz: Chamomile Tea for Calluses

Okay, so you’ve gotten rid of your aching feet with the golf ball, but now you want to soften them up. Soak your feet in a chamomile tea bath for 5 minutes. This not only gives you soft, luxurious feet, it also helps remove calluses.

Dr Oz: Burts Bees Coconut Foot Creme

You’ve gotten rid of the aches and pains with the golf ball, used chamomile tea to get rid of the calluses, so now you want to keep your feet hydrated to eliminate dead skin. Dr Oz says using the right moisturizer will help to slow down growth of new skin. Go for a moisturizer that contains vitamin E, such as Burt’s Bees Foot Creme with Vitamin E, Coconut, 4.34 oz. which Dr Oz himself suggested and showed.
