Dr Oz: Licorice Paste Callus Remedy & Coconut Oil Dandruff Remedy

Dr Oz's Licorice Paste Callus Remedy and Coconut Oil Dandruff Remedy will solve some of your problems in a natural way!

Licorice Paste for Calluses

One audience member joined Dr Oz and told him that she had hard calluses on her foot. She wanted to know how to get rid of them. Dr Oz’s Licorice Paste Callus Remedy is just the thing!  Dr Oz said licorice paste was a weird but good remedy for calluses because licorice contains vital estrogens that soften the callus. Rub the licorice onto the callus and then sand it off.

Dr Oz: Olive Oil for Brittle Nails

Michelle, an audience member, said she had weak nails. She wanted to know if gelatin would work for her brittle nails. Doctor Oz says gelatin was a crazy remedy that would not work for brittle nails. Years ago, it was thought to work because gelatin contains a lot of proteins, but it’s not the right kind of proteins needed for healthy nails.

Instead try Dr Oz’s Olive Oil Nail Remedy to keep the nails moist with olive oil. Soak your nails in olive oil for 15 minutes, once (or more) per week to soften up brittle, dry nails.

Dr Oz: Coconut Oil Dandruff Remedy

Jess, an audience member, said she had dandruff and it was embarrassing. Dandruff is caused by a yeast like fungus. She wanted to know if rosemary tea rinse was a good or crazy fix for dandruff. Dr Oz says rosemary tea rinse was crazy.

Instead, try Dr Oz’s Coconut Oil Dandruff Remedy. Coconut oil contains lauric acid to moisturize the scalp. Apply while in the shower. Let the oil soak in the hair for a few minutes and then rinse off.

Plus, Dr Oz revealed his all natural fixes to your most annoying body part, which included;

Dr Oz: Green Tea Bad Breath Remedy

Just had a lunch with garlic and onions? Doctor Oz says to help cure that garlic breath (or any bad breath), try some green tea. Green tea contains antioxidants that kill off bacteria, which is why he came up with the Dr Oz Green Tea Bad Breath Remedy!

Dr Oz: Beer Split End Remedy

Want to get silky, healthy hair. Dr Oz says try soaking your hair in beer. Beer contains protein and B vitamins that act as a sealing agent to keep moisture in the hair. Work the beer through the hair and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then rinse, and voila, you have Dr Oz’s Beer Split End Remedy.

Dr Oz: Potato Sunburn Remedy

For a bad sunburn, slice a potato in half and rub onto the burned area. You could also blend 2 potatoes with water. Apply the pasty mixture to the skin and then rinse off. Dr Oz’s potato sunburn remedy helps to repair the cells while the starch in the potatoes helps soothe skin.

    “Licorice contains estrogen-like substances that soften the hard skin of calluses and corns,” says Georgianna Donadio, PhD, director of the National Institute of Whole Health. Make this homemade licorice paste: Grind up a few licorice sticks, mix them with ½ teaspoon of petroleum jelly, and rub the mixture into the rough areas of your feet.
