If there is one thing that frustrates many of us after a long day, it is trying to figure out what to make our families for dinner. Dr. Oz asked his viewers to share their favorite one-pot meals!

Dr Oz: Seafood Guizada Recipe

Here is what you need:

  • Shrimp
  • Scallops
  • 8-10 cups water
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 yucca
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Avocado
  • Garlic powder
  • Spanish seasoning to taste
  • Garnish with cilantro

Put everything in a large pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
