Dr Oz was talking to the famous chef, author, and TV host Rachael Ray about healthy, homemade Italian food. Rachael already shared her recipe for homemade marinara sauce and then moved on to share another sauce recipe using a super food: kale. Rachael explained that she grew up eating kale and loves that it’s become trendy. She shared a recipe for what she called “the healthiest pesto on the planet Earth.”
