Do you have a health sin to confess to Dr. Oz? Several of his fans stepped up to the confession booth and while some of their confessions were not all that bad, Dr. Oz still says we all need to repent every now and then. Do you often take the elevator instead of walking up stairs when they are available? If so, you are certainly not alone, but Dr. Oz says you make up for your sloth-like behavior by adding a little fun exercise to your day.

Dr Oz: Is Sitting on a Public Toilet Seat Sanitary?
One brave woman from Dr. Oz’s audience confessed her biggest health sin, which is that she often sits on public toilets, instead of squatting over them, when she needs to use the restroom. Dr. Oz says public toilets often have a great deal of fecal matter on them, so in order to make his guest repent for her sin he asked everyone in the audience stand up and do 10 squats as a way of preparing for their next visit to the public bathroom.
- Doing squats is a great way to burn calories while tightening your glutes and thighs, making it a good 2-for-1 exercise.
- If you must sit on a public toilet, make sure you use something to line it with to make it bit more sanitary.
Dr Oz: Faking Sleep to Avoid Love-Making
The final health sin was confessed by a woman who says she once pretended to be asleep in order to avoid making love to her husband.
As a “penalty” Dr. Oz sent her behind a closed door with her husband to repent for her sin.
