Fitness trainer Jenna Wolfe was a part of the #StartToday morning series meant to inspire people to follow through on health and wellness goals in the new year. Wolfe has teamed up with investigative correspondent Jeff Rosen to put him on a training regimen that anyone can follow, even if they don’t like working out or going to the gym.

    I have been doing the water for many years. I also have a pedometer. I do it for health. I have never had to diet or lose weight. I’m 68.
