Tamron Hall put Meditation in the spotlight for Tamron’s Tuesday Trend on Today Show. She said she does this on a daily basis, and for a new year, she has decided to enhance that ritual by practicing Transcendental Meditation.

“Transcendental Meditation is a silent, stress-relieving quieting of the mind practiced twice a day for 20 minutes,” Hall explained, noting the proven health benefits for students, veterans, and others. Even celebrities like David Lynch have popularized Meditation; his David Lynch Foundation spreads the message of meditation worldwide.
