Dr. Oz: Better to Get Potassium from Potatoes or Vitamin Pills?

Dr. Oz was asked if it is better to get your daily dose of potassium from food, like potatoes, or to just take a dietary supplement.

Dr. Oz said he would rather see us eat the whole food, like the potato, rather than the vitamin or dietary supplement.  Dr. Oz said that food without food labels is always much better, because it is the right proportions of nutrients and our body knows how to absorb it and process it.
